"A nice property very convenient to attractions. There was no hot water in the late afternoons or early evenings, but we survived! One problem (and I think it's Expedia's fault) is that the amenities described on the Expedia site include "Tour and ticket assistance" This was not true for this property; other than calling for a taxi service, they could not help with any tour or theatre tickets. When I am traveling in another country, having a concierge service is important to me."

"A wonderfully comfortable stay, without the faff of central london. Check in was easy and I was made to feel at home. They explained everything I'd need to know. Found my room easily and settled onto a comfortable bed. I wouldn't recommend the beds to those that sleep on their back, definitely a side sleeping bed. Contours to your shape better leading to a VERY comfortable sleep. I don't usually sleep well in hotels but I got a solid 8 hours. Can't recommend them enough. Charging points for...

"Hotel was an old English hotel that was a pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff with easy access to the train and a nice pub downstairs. Street had construction so a little noisy but overall loved the hotel and would highly recommend it especially if you need easy access to Heathrow. "
