"Apparently, their maintenance staff is striking. This guy stood in the way at the entrance and shuffled his feet to make me wait. I had to back up and drive around him. Then he yelled, “Slow Down!!” I got out of the car but he couldn’t come onto the property so he just stood there calling names. The ladies striking with him were upset. Once I got inside, the staff inside apologized over and over. My stay itself and the hotel staff working were great."

"Clean, comfortable hotel for a reasonable price in a great location in downtown Saskatoon overlooking the river. We had two meals at the restaurant and both were excellent. Staff were friendly and professional. We particularly appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Driver was awesome. "

"Very hospitable and welcoming staff. My 2nd Great grandmother worked here in 1911 and they gave us a tour of the basement where the staff lived back then. The basement is now converted to a distillery. The upstairs rooms could maybe use some updating but I love how it still has a lot of original or vintage decor. I would gladly go back."
