"Loved this house and community, worked out perfectly for our group of 10. Everything was as described, spotless and lots of little extras and thoughtful touches and supplies throughout. Everything works, easy to manage. Good communication with the owner, checks in and responds right away. The community is very nice and easy to manage in regards to enjoying the amenities. The basement is a great hangout spot, all our teens loved having their own space. Thank you!!!"

"My family of 4 stayed at CJ's property for a few days in August and it was perfect! Communications with CJ were GREAT, he was very quick and responsive, and answered all my questions before and during our stay. Beds were all comfortable and basement area a huge plus (although we did not use it during our stay since we all had ample space to utilize). The location of the property is PERFECT. "We met our adult children and their families at this beautiful chalet and it did not disappoint! There was plenty of room for all of us to fit and spread out, but also gather and enjoy each other's company around the table, the fire pit and even the pizza oven as we tried (and succeeded!) at making wood fire pizzas. "Escaped the city for a five star weekend. The house was fully equipped for preparing group meals, offering plenty of space to enjoy them together. StayBettr was perfectly communicative and provides a guide with everything you need to prepare for your stay. We relaxed in the hot tub and bonded over a private, virtual @journalingclasses session. Don’t forget to stop by Tilly’s diner (15min) drive away for a delicious breakfast or lunch with the most wonderful waitstaff. We hope to come back again!"

The kitchen is complete with cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the showers were hot and powerful. "This comfortable, cozy, 4 BR home is nicely tucked into the woods. Plenty of space to spread out for adults and kids, with a finished basement. Outside there is a fire pit, and jacuzzi/hot tub. House is well stocked for cooking supplies and tools, and quiet at night. Close to Livingston Manor Main Street (7min), Roscoe Main Street (10min) and only 1/2 mile away from Arnold House. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would love to come back !"

"Had a great stay at the Tiny House! Surprisingly clean and well appointed with all the basics. Perfect for an escape to the woods while still being able to quickly return to the real world. Proximity to the Neversink trail head is a major plus!"
