"This home could not have been more perfect! We got married yesterday in Churchville MD and needed a place to stay for the weekend for our big event and we couldn’t have been any more pleased with this home. It was definitely a beautiful, one of kind, comfortable home away from home ☺️ if we ever are in this area again, we would definitely book this home if available. Thank you Mr. John for having us! It was perfect!"

"We had a terrific family weekend at this lovely, historic home. The house was perfect for our extended family with multiple adult couples, an 11 month old baby, and two dogs. The property is VERY child friendly with a crib, high chair, and lovely library of children's books, and the pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons. Kitchen is well stocked and very functional, and the house is a short drive to Chestertown and lots of great local seafood. Would strongly recommend."

"Spacious, historical home with wonderful decor. It was just what we needed after spending time in the city visiting family. The only drawback for us (70 year olds) was all the stairs. Nice .25 mile driveway to walk down and back a few times for some exercise."

"The house is spacious (more than the photos may lead you to believe), with numerous gathering centers inside and out. My guests enjoyed the dock at sunset and the fire pit by the water. The patio under the house had a charcoal grill and ample space for tables and chairs. Though our weekend had perfect weather, the covered patio made the place "weatherproof" had it rained. There is tons of parking, and a beautiful view over the water. The Host was readily available via VRBO messaging, Usually...
