"The property was very clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well appointed, and comes with lovely, fluffy soft white towels. We received a welcome kit with tea, coffee, and biscuits, and found scones, jam, and clotted cream in the refrigerator. The Stanley House met our needs and was as described (the only discrepancy we found was that there was no clothes dryer--I even read the manual for the washer online to see if it was a combo washer/dryer). Location is amazing, private with fantastic unspoilt views from the conservatory, which we were informed is being extended for next year. Lots of places to visit and eat out within easy reach should you want to, or just stay in and enjoy the peace and quiet and relax. "The Rocket cottage was everything we’d hoped for ! Fantastic location looking out over the sea, good access to the beach below which is dog friendly, what more could we ask for. The cottage was peaceful, cosy and warm, internet connection a little weak in places but we managed. The bed was comfortable and having access to a washer dryer was a bonus. Portwrinkle is a beautiful spot to explore northern Cornwall and we would definitely recommend The Rocket cottage as a place to stay, we loved it ! "
