"The hotel is perfectly situated on the beach. Staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful; in particular the manager who made an effort to provide advice and help when I was concerned about my flight. Food is good, with plenty of choice and the cocktails are great! The room is spacious, clean and quiet. There are two pools so the area doesn’t feel crowded Highly recommend "

"We had an absolutely amazing time here. The hotel and grounds are spotless. The staff are very friendly and it is situated in beautiful location with a stunning beach on site. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"We spent four nights at the hotel before staying at a large, expensive all-inclusive resort. After the all-inclusive, we came back to Double A, which we preferred. We enjoyed the personal service, being steps from the beach and the swimming pool that was shaded by beautiful flowering trees. The breakfasts which were included were excellent. The bartenders, chefs and waitstaff were all friendly and attentive.The dining area overlooks the ocean and the food was delicious. There is also a pool table that is free to use. "Amazing services added to the property. Eco friendly. Beach amazing. Just when we asked for milk to the room they did not bring it. Food is not that great at the buffet restaurant. Gym is not a gym, some outdoor park that needs work. Security is great at the beach. Service with drinks are great. Evening sunset experience is fantastic. Resort and room and plantation is to die for. My favorite beach in Zanzibar."
