"This is a nice place. The floor now has laminate instead of carpeting. For most people that is a plus. But for us, it made it a little hard for our elderly doggie to walk around without slipping. If your dog is not ambulation hindered, it's perfect. No steps. Elevator worked fine. Trash is picked up everyday which is great. "I love the condo perfect just for a couple. We stay a week so we can be close to Disney World. The only problem we had was the neighbors upstairs. They will wake you up early walking around and the afternoon are worse it like a bunch of kids walking around but besides that i love the place"
