"Room was just OK. No elevator to the room. Stairs to the room were very dirty. Food in the main Resturant is mediocre. Lots of it but lacks taste ( quantity vs. quality). "

We notified the man, who appeared to be the manager. He said that I had the balancing door open so it didn’t feel like the air was working. I told him there was not balancy in that room. He proceeded to argue with me saying there was one. ...
