Lovely clean and spacious My only negative comment would be that the Mattress in the main bedroom has really seen better days pans is way to soft which has caused back ache Location is spot on a shame you can’t use te garden behind as dogs needed to go out every morning and night on to Green"

"The propeety was spacious and well equipped with quality fittings and furnishing The kitchen had everything you needed . The access to the countryside was fantastic with a public footpath leasing to local pub/ restaurant just a stones throw away . Will stay here again without hesitation !! "

"The apartment is ideally located but decoration and number of items in the apartment make it feel cluttered and out of date. There was no TV signal and the fridge was set at a level at which everything in it froze. Add to that, this was the first time we've ever stayed in accommodation without WiFi or towels being provided - both points which could have been clearer in the listing and should have been reflected in the nightly price."

"Lack of linens and towels was my only issue. I flew in and had to arrange those items locally, at some considerable inconvenience. Also, there was barely enough toilet paper and paper towels, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. Besides that it was an overall excellent stay. "

Only negative was the very slow Wi-Fi - and the qr code provided was ideal for connecting on the phone- but not quite so easy on the laptop or firestick - an analogue code would have helped . "The property is right in the centre of Holt, so handy for all the shops, restaurants and amenities. Although the property is on the second floor, this allows a vantage point to people watch, and see the town wake up, or the Sunday market setting up! When we arrived, we checked to see if bread, milk, sugar, tea, or, as we had seen in other welcome packs, a cake... Nothing was provided. "Apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Clear instructions for checking in, keys, parking space and for all the appliances and heating. Location was near to town centre but on a fairly quiet road. Very close to bus station which was particularly good for us if you like to hop on a bus and go somewhere different each day.
