"First let's get this out of the way. The King's Arm's is a busy popular pub. The single room is above the bar and next to the outside courtyard. It will be noisy until closing time. Having said that, if like me this doesn't bother you It's a great place to stay. Really friendly staff team, a good selection of beer and good pub food. The off street parking is a bit limited, but I've stayed here twice now and not had a problem parking my motorbike. I will definitely stay here again.."

I was on the ground floor and the noise from the room above was loud (thin ceilings?) when they were getting ready to go out in the evening, and again in the morning. Lovely leisure facilities."
