The hotel has world-class service from the staff, including breakfast, front desk, concierge, spa, and pool. I’d like to thank Roch Fari from the spa and pool, who was extremely helpful and attentive. This location cannot be beaten; few hotels in Jakarta can provide everything you need within Pacific Place Mall. It’s within steps of the Jakarta MRT to get around the city and Hutan Kota. I will return in the future because my family loves the pool, and I especially love the amenities, such as the whirlpool, cold plunge, and steam room. "
