"Very good hotel in comparison to its competitors around central and south Jakarta. Of note was the support and attentiveness of one particular member of staff from guest services, Salvina, if I recall her name correctly, went above and beyond to ensure I felt well looked after a misunderstanding that occurred early in my stay. She was highly professional but also appeared to genuinely care about ensuring my stay was a happy one. She’s a credit to the hotel and is the reason I’ll rate my stay as a 5 here instead of 4."

"Place is great. A haven in the chaos of jakarta. Close to nice attractions, but the endless trafic and pollution of the area ruins the whole thing. But thats jakarta. Hotel is super, staff very competent and friendly, spacious rooms, beautiful pool, AND excellent breakfast... the best ive had actually!"

Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to Operation Manager Erwin—when we were about to leave, he saw us from afar and immediately opened the door for us, asking if we needed any assistance. We had originally booked the 1 PM airport shuttle, but after checking out, we decided to head to the airport earlier. He quickly arranged it for us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transfer. His service exceeded my expectations! We would also like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their excellent hospitality.
