"was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move"

"We booked this for a birthday celebration and it was perfect for what we needed. It is small but we had the essential and it was very nice and clean. It doesn't have wifi so no tv but we got by without it. The only thing I would suggest is looking into a keypad lock so you don't have to keep up with a key. "

"We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip to Steinhatchee. The house is located in a good neighborhood, nice to see that they maybe cleaning up the one junky lot on the street. The street was quiet and no loud party house nearby. Quick 5min drive to ramp, marina and restaurants. House is very well stocked with linens/towelse. Our small family was very comfortable."
