We left at 10:30 in the morning and returned at approximately 6:00 pm. The bed was not made, the trash was not emptied, and fresh washrags and towels were not supplied. "We checked in at around 9 pm, not a sole in site. So I called the number on the sign and the lady told me to a certain room key. I never saw a person at all. The lady on the phone was friendly. No ice machine or coffee.."
