As there was a function in the hotel that night we were offered the opportunity to move with our friends to the Katrina Suite, a modern 2 bedroom flat, a couple of minutes away. This was perfect for us and we were able to walk to the hotel for a lovely breakfast the next morning Parking was available and easy. "

"Very pleased with our overnight stay here , it was a spur of the moment decision to attend market rasen races (also v good ) it’s a little out of the way about £20 ew in a taxi but we’d do it again just plan it better from our side . Restaurant v busy so it would pay to book ahead and closes at nine .Good service , v clean and comfy and a good nights sleep with breakfast also excellent would absolutely recommend and we will definitely return .good value for money too 4.5 stars "

"I stayed one night, it is a fabulous building that has been modernised and revamped to a very high standard, it's is right in the centre of Boston with on site parking at £4 for 24 hours. Whilst not 'manned' the telephone was answered quickly and instructions including a map and how to gain access/breakfast etc was sent over immediately. "It’s ok here, for a hotel in a town that has seen better days. A nice big room (8), clean, well maintained with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was more than big enough, with a huge walk in shower. Pity about the spots of dirt and mould in the bottom rear corners. The room even has its own outside sun deck. The big sticking point though is the nearby business that has its kitchen extractor fan screaming away until half past one in the morning. I realise it’s out of the hotels control, but it...

"Staff are great and very hospitable. Suite style rooms are large but ours needed a deep clean in the bathroom and around the dusty furniture. The TV reception was a bit hit or miss if you walked nearby it. A mix of old and new furniture, the bed was super comfy"
