"The hotel offered driver pickup at the airport which we accepted. The driver was shady as can be. He brought us to the hotel and said look at the room quickly and we will show you another property we own nearby and you can choose. He took us to the next town and proceeded to take our luggage out of the car. The room wasn’t sufficient for five people and didn’t have air conditioning in 100 degree heat. "Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax.
