The concept of the hotel is amazing. The hotel staff is beyond rude, the communication was absolutely terrible. We booked 6 rooms and each room had something wrong with it. All of the rooms had terrible lighting. I would not recommend to stay here. Transportation was a huge hassle and the hotel will arrange but it is very over priced. We paid close to double of what the average is and triple what we found on our own.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Only issues are Hotel is a little bit away from the town center so need to walk or use a taxi. Also Breakfast could be served a little bit earlier and on time.

Beautiful hotel. It was a bit in the backyard, but we liked it because you were able to relax and felt like you were alone. Looked like a new area and maybe there would be more things coming around the hotel. The room was big and clean but the shower had cold water. We loved the atmosphere at the hotel with music and light both night and day. We asked at the desk if they could arrange hot air balloon and atv ride, and wow! We got a really nice price and a wonderful experience. We will choose bloom hotel again if we go back to Cappadocia. Will also recommend it to all our friends.

It was a pleasant stay overall. Staff is very kind, but limited to what they are able to help with. Take a while to get things to the room. Breakfast was very nice with lots of cold dish options and a couple of hot items. The property itself is very beautiful and clean. There was no daily room cleaning or fresh towels. We stayed for three days so it would have been nice to have that.

Bizim için çok güzel bir tatildi. Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Otel çalışanları çok ilgiliydi ve odanın için otelin dış görüntüsü havuz kenarı manzarası çok güzeldik. Sabah normal açık büfe kahvaltısı zaten ama gayet temizdi. Odamızdan da çok memnun kaldık konforlu ve gayet hijyenikti. Teşekkür ediyoruz bu hizmetler için☺️

Super schönes Hotel,wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Erst hat mich die Lage erschrocken,da es bissle weiter weg wie ein paar Gehminuten nach göreme ist aber das war garnicht mal so schlecht. Einfach ruhig und schön. Das Hotel ist superschön der Pool ist sehr schön und auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Odalara parlak ışık şart. Loş ışıklı ortam kitap okuma gibi durumlarda işe yaramıyor. Bizim odamızı balkonlu odaya yukseltmislerdi bunun için teşekkür ederim. Henüz 1 aylık işletme olmalarına rağmen odada saç kurutma makinesi ve jakuzi arızalıydı. Servis gelip yapti ama tam dinlenecekken surekli birilerinin gelip odanızda uğraşması yorucuydu. Jakuzi sonrada çalışmadı gerçi bende uğraşmamak icin birdaha söylemedim durumu. Havuz iyi ancak uchisar serin bir bölge havuza saat 15:30 dan sonra binanın golgesi düşüyor. Saat 14:00 ile 16:00 arasi ideal girmek icin. Ancak cocuklar icin havuz soguk bunu bilerek gelin. Kahvalti guzel. Calisanlar saygılı ve güler yüzlü. Angaralı personele ayrıca teşekkür ederim. O çocuğa sahip çıkın otel olarak bence. Lobide ücretsiz limonata, detoks içeceği gibi soguk icecekler var ve guzeller. Odada su ısıtıcı çay kahve ıhlamur yesil cay ve su var. Dis fırçası macun var.uçhisar merkeze gündüz sicakta yürünmesi bence zor araba şart.
