"We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel without ordering meals. The hotel was clean and well maintained, good size room with private hot water bath (not hot spring), there was also public and family spring bath and it is not crowded. It was an awesome stay. The night shift staff has a bit of difficulty to use English, but they always give help as far as possible. "

"Amazing and beautiful hotel. We got the Mt.Fuji view but didn’t get to see it because it was cloudy and rainy when we stayed. The dinner was not what I had expected for the price we paid. But the breakfast buffet was worth it and much better! I will stay there again for the private onsen and golf course in the future. Shared public Amenties with the Marriott which we had no idea but good to know in the future. The shuttle bus was convenient. "

"This hotel was the best one we stayed in. Not only was the room huge but they had an onsen right in property. Another big thing for me was they let you do laundry for free with all the products for it too. It's also right on the beach and they offer free lockers and showers!"

"At first I wasn't sure about this property being so far away from Mount Fuji (the reason we were in the area) however, we got there and the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very nice to us. The room was amazing and clean. the shower and body wash/shampoo/conditioner were all very statisfactory. We would love to stop by again if we are in the area. "

"Unattended front desk, check in on tablet was challenging. large onset for women. Guest rooms were larger in size and well appointed. Hosted beverages and ice cream in the evening was unexpected and very nice. "
