"Check and check out is always smooth. Lovely views from all the rooms. The PET-OK rooms are well furnished. Dog run is real grass not cheap artificial turf. Love the heated pool. Breakfast buffet quite good. "

"The hotel was very clean and modern, staff were amazing and paid a lot of attention on the guests (eg they rushed out to welcome us as we drove into the car park and helped with our luggages, same on the way out). Lovely day and night view, the aesthetic of the hotel was totally beyond par - loved every bit of it!"

"Overall really good location - close to Numazu station and various convenience stores and restaurants. None of the staff spoke any English but it didn't really affect my stay that much. Standard room size for a Japanese business hotel but I will say the way the desk was located in the room made it incredibly inconvenient to use. I would stay here again."
