Winter guests will love the close proximity to the Remarkables Ski Field access road.

STYLE: Sunnyside Vista is a bright, sunny, and modern home thoughtfully designed with all day sun in mind, captivating lake views, wrap around balcony, and sophisticated yet homely living spaces. This home has a captivating atmosphere, with comfortable yet chic furnishings ensuring a great home away from home for all who visit.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The master bedroom is on the main level of the house and has a king bed, lake views and ensuite with shower. This bathroom is accessible from the hallway and can also be used as a guest toilet. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, along with a shared family bathroom including bathtub and separate shower. The bathrooms have toiletries, hair dryers, heated towel rails and underfloor heating. All luxurious bed linens and towels are included with your stay.

LIVING AREA: The generously sized open plan living area is on the main level. You'll find cozy couches gathered around a warm gas fire, perfect for relaxation, there is also a heat pump which is great to keep you cool in the summer months. Additionally, there's a separate seating nook equipped with a TV featuring SKY including sports channels. Bi-fold doors extend along two sides of the room, welcoming abundant natural light, refreshing breezes, stunning alpine views, and a seamless connection to the outdoors. Downstairs, there's a second lounge area, offering extra space and privacy for families to spread out, with a TV, a sofa bed (with prior arrangement, charges apply) and sliding doors leading out to another outdoor patio.
KITCHEN & DINING: Fully equipped modern kitchen with all the comforts, including the all-important Nespresso coffee machine and an induction hob. Seating options aplenty, enjoy your meals with stunning lake views, the table has seating for 8 – or gather around the island bench with bar stool seating.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS: A fabulous wrap around balcony is accessible through bi-fold doors and is a great spot to soak up the sunshine and alpine air. Complete with a BBQ, outdoor table and chairs and bean bags, there is everything you need for a relaxing afternoon admiring the ever-changing views of this Frankton end of the lake. The downstairs patio has additional seating and a luxurious ‘Hot Spring’ spa pool* (charges apply), which is a real treat after a day on the slopes!
OTHER PRACTICALITIES: There is garage parking for one vehicle, with internal access, storage space for ski gear, bikes and golf clubs, and a laundry on the lower level.
RATE INCLUSIONS, FEES & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of 6 guests. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed with prior arrangement and are charged at NZ$50 per person / per night (Maximum 8 guests). A departure clean fee of NZ$375 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a service clean. Minimum 3 night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods
*Spa Pool: A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Sunnyside Vista is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
- We are required to take a bond for security in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
