"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Portou House. Our room was on the top floor. There was some hanging space but not a lot of storage other than one drawer. The bed was really comfortable and toiletries and a hairdryer were peovided. The room would benefit from soundproofing as there was a bit of noise from a nearby restaurant, however this did not spoil our stay. The rooms are in a great location. We would definitely return. "

"My wife and I stayed for a week in this beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a great location for touring Crete. It feels like a palace with marble floors throughout and doors to the outside in every room. The view of the sea across the road from the apartment is spectacular. There is a beach and many restaurants and services within easy walking distance. Maria is an outstanding host, going above and beyond to provide for your every need. "

"The owner had over 3 weeks to reach out to me and didn’t until 2 days prior to reservation date. Two weeks later cited the age of my children was the reason for cancelling. My children are 8 and 12. "We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast.
