"Nayara Gardens was exceptional!! It truly exceeded my expectations. The property is gorgeous, the restaurants offer delicious food, and the rooms are spacious, modern, and beautiful. As others have mentioned, it is essentially one big resort with 3 different sections, so you can easily visit Nayara Springs and Nayara Tents by simply strolling the property. Personally I loved staying in Nayara Gardens because of the fantastic location/proximity to the Terraza restaurant where the complimentary breakfast buffet was offered (I’m not a morning person and so I’m usually rushing to make it 😅). Plus, golf carts are available to take you across the property to different restaurants, pools, and spas. I got a treatment at Sukho Spa (the spa in the Nayara Tent section) and it may have been the most gorgeous spa experience I have ever had. We also loved the hot springs on the property; beautiful and relaxing. The staff is extremely warm and helpful. We saw a couple sloths and several toucans in the property (admittedly with the assistance of staff pointing them out). Overall we had a fantastic stay and wish we spent more time there! "

"We loved Lost Iguana! This is our second trip to Costa Rica and our first to the Arenal Volcano area. The hotel grounds were lovely and very close to the Hanging Bridges. We booked a full day tour (bridges, volcano, waterfall) and spent the other two days hanging out at the pool/pool bar. We ate at the hotel restaurant for most of our meals and thought it was good and the price was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was also great. The hotel trail was also great (takes about 45 minutes). Be prepared to walk a lot of hilly terrain!"

"Amazing place"

"This was the best stay I had. There were birds an animals everywhere, and at night frogs came out. The food at the hotel was great and the staff were very nice too. They had 2 cats that were super friendly. The pool was great and the hot springs were very nice and warm. The hotel room was clean and spacious. We hope to visit again soon"
