Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. "We arrived to check in around 8pm. There was only 1 person at the check in area who was handling everything from bag carrying to offering coconut to scouting for keys etc. So we had to wait abit. She also seemed abit confused with the paper work so was abit frustrating having arrived late and all we wanted was our room key.
