"Not only was this place very clean, but the staff was incredibly professional as well. First of all, their attire, they were all wearing suits. Second, their manners were very professional as well. Lastly, I was impressed by how frequently they cleaned the commonly used utility space like the toilets and sinks and kept them sparkling clean at all tikes. It has truly left a much improved impression of how clean capsule hotels can be after a disappointing experience at Tokyo. "

However, it felt somewhat crowded compared to my experience at First Cabin Roppongi in Tokyo, which I personally preferred. Despite this, the overall experience at First Cabin Nijojo was positive. I appreciate the service provided during my stay."
