"Our first trip to Japan and pleasantly surprised to have stayed here. Beautiful and very clean. Staff was excellent with all of our needs. Rooms were large and very clean. Free shuttle bus was large,clean and the driver helped with my husbands wheelchair as well as our luggage. Would definitely stay again. "
