"The new rebuild is good. Room was excellent although staff appeared to miss the magic marker art put on the wall by some child. Excellent buffet. Staff at front desk differed in understanding their own facility. We asked early about luggage storage after checkout. The first person said they had this service and to come to front desk for it. The day we checked out we were directed to a pay by the hour basement locker area that was only accessible by two sets of stairs. No elevators. So, very painful time lugging the bags up and down stairs."

The location is perfect, 15 walk from CPH airport and 7 min to Train station, which takes you to central area making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Copenhagen. The standard room is standard, comfortable, bathroom is alright too, Other amenities, very big lobby area with TV, 2 in walk to Netto Supermarket and few eating joints/cafe as next door. Reception Staff Rasmus is extremely helpful. I recommend the Best Western Plus Copenhagen for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable stay. "
