"The large dining area beside the BBQ was very hot, partially due to the air conditioning units being there. So we had to move tables and chairs around on the upper balconies to get a shady enough area for ten of us to sit and eat."

"Just back from a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. Our first visit to Crete and it did not disappoint. The villa is a 30 min drive from Chania airport. Directions to the property were easy as were the instructions to let ourselves in. The villa itself is amazing and the photos do not do it justice. The house is spacious with large bedrooms which are all en suite. Each room has its own balcony which boasts incredible views and the seating on these make the perfect spot for cocktails...

"the villa was clean and tidy, the layout is good with one bedroom on the ground floor. nice roof terrace. great sea views from the bedroon balcony. pool was a good size shared with 4 other villas but hardly anyone used it so like your own pool you need a car but the main town is a ten minute drive with some nice tavernas. recommended a few trips to rethymno just a 20 min drive but the old town is brilliant. definitely will use this villa again."

"Our 2nd stop on this trip to Greece, was Almyrida at Villa Varvara. Outstanding clean private local and accessible. We found it to be a great base for exploring the west side of Crete. the local shops and eateries near the property were just what we wanted small local excellent fare. "Our stay at Inn Villa was perfect. We stayed for 6 nights and the house was stocked with everything we needed for our holiday. The welcome basket and bottle of wine was a lovely treat for a long travelling day. Nikoaeta was the perfect host. The house was much larger than we needed but was the perfect location so we booked it and so happy we did. We had a car rental but beach, restaurants and shopping were very close by. "First of all, the villa was just beautiful, clean and perfect for our large group of friends and young kids. It had everything, very comfortable, clean and was perfect for the kids (aged 3 to 7 months old). Second, our host Mano - WHAT A HOST!!! He made the trip even better, he really looked after us and was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn't recommend him and his Villa more!! I am defo coming back next year!! Thanks Mano!! "

"Beautiful property with lots of space, great pool and everything you needed inside and out. A 5 minute walk to the beaches and restaurants. It was great for us all as a family as the villa had everything we needed. The kids loved the games room when they’d had enough in the pool. Beautiful. "

"House was clean with breathtaking views as advertised! Was not prepared for steep hill access to villa. Took a few trips to be comfortable with the drive; recommend a SUB rental.Communication with owner and house manager was on point. Owner provided detailed directions, as per location and surrounding areas. However, still have to be careful with GPS directions as it can take you areas that are not suitable for tourist driving. We had a wonderful family trip, and would recommend Villa Cassandra!"

"We all had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The house was very comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces of this villa are beautiful beyond words. The owners of the home were very nice and welcoming! Katrina even gifted us a few of her pictures which she painted. There are three tavernas within walking distance. They were also awesome! We definitely recommend this experience! Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Just returned from a week at this amazing villa. Better than the listed photos. Superbly clean and everything provided. The host, Marianna, was keen to help in anyway we required. Quiet location but with a supermarket and Marianna’s taverna a very short walk for convenience. Watching the stars from the roof terrace was a huge bonus and we even saw the Milly Way. We will return!"

"The house was fantastic, we hung by the pool, had barbecues, visited a winery. The views from the house were gorgeous , mountains on one side and ocean on the other. We appreciated restaurant recommendations, and had some wonderful family dinners. We high recommend this villa, we have great memories to take home"
