"We loved our stay at Kastel 1700! Nothing like being inside a 1700 year old palace! Great location, close to all the shops, outdoor patios and the Riva promenade. The staff were so friendly and efficient! And the breakfast was great! Highly recommend Kastel 1700!"

Especially big thanks to the receptionist man who checked me in, explained everything in the most helpful way and the lady who proceeded my check out! Definitely recommend the hotel and will come back here at the next upcoming opportunity! "Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there."
