"The villa is very well equiped and modern with a lovely pool and very near the beach so a great combination. The owner of the villa is a lovely lady and very helpfull. There are plenty of restaurants to eat out very close by. The only minus is getting supermarket provisions. Only little grocery shops are near by and to get a proper stock up have to travel much further ."

"Such a clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. We did hire a car but wouldn’t bother again as hardly used it. Drive to Split can be horrendous, parking difficult too so better by taxi or bus. Fantastic host, so very kind to let us stay for our last day as no one was booked in. So grateful. Thank you so much. "

The main attraction has to be the outside space with beautiful views over the sea. "Very well equipped house with lots of extras such as ‘Tupperware’ boxes, cling film. Plenty of towels and sunbeds. Pool is very clean and a good temperature. Spacious bedrooms and great bathrooms. Host very responsive. Location is near a main road so there is some traffic noise, but not an issue. 5 minutes to small supermarket, restaurants, beach. Marina village was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return. "

"Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful host. Great historic property for a large group of friends. Rooms are all on separate floors. The common / living room area to hang out is only accessible from outdoors - it was raining when we were there so that made it hard and we didn’t use it. It looks like an old hostel or small hotel and that the “common area” was the lobby. "

"Long weekend had been organised since Nov 2022 as it was for my stag do .for 17 " middle aged" fellas Communication with Gorana & Mario was great and we used their contact Pieter to ferry us around who was also brilliant as nothing too much trouble for him . "We enjoyed five nights at this wonderful villa. Milivoj met us at the villa upon our arrival - even though we were 4 hours later than initially estimated. He even had beverages for us in the refrigerator. The three separate units or "apartments" that comprise the villa were ideal for our group of three couples. "We enjoyed a delightful week in this villa. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and modern with a touch of luxury. The pool was cleaned every day and a great place to cool off. "The villa is beautiful, with the most spectacular views, it's very large and decorated to the highest standard. All our family enjoyed their stay, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel with the bathroom facilities laid out for guests. The only negative I could say is the roads going up to the villa are very narrow and can be difficult with cars coming in the opposite direction, also the area of Podstrana isn't pretty, but nice around the beach and harbour, road to split is very busy for at least...

"Fantastic apartment just 15 minutes from Diocletian’s Palace. Free parking can be found on the streets to the south if you are lucky. Very clean with everything a couple or solo traveler would need. Highly recommended."

"The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"We have traveled to many countries and this was one of the very best places we stayed. The location was convenient, Filip was very friendly and the entire staff was very polite. We enjoyed the size of the hotel and the breakfast and dinner was delicious. Our last morning was spent in the Jacuzzi on the roof top! "

Amazing hotel

"Amazing hotel with brilliant facilities. The pool and gym were amazing. The food in the hotel was reasonably priced and beautiful. The hotel staff were really helpful and really friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable. Hotel is right next to a mall with supermarkets and eateries in walking distance. Old town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel but a nice walk. Recommend getting a taxi to and from the airport as you pass the hotel and have to walk about 25 minutes back on yourself when getting the airport shuttle bus. Bus is 8 euros each taxi is around 25 euros."
