"Gemütlich ist etwas anderes, die Zimmer sehr groß und es steht nichts an Möbeln drinne. Etwas Stoff für ein gemütliches Flair, Fehlanzeige. Dusche in der Badewanne, für Ältere gefährlich und der Zeit in keinster Weise entsprechend. Zimmer konnten zum Teil nicht verdunkelt werden um ein Aufheizen zu vermeiden. Beim Lüften sitzt man ständig im Zug. Lüfter zur Klimatisierung sind nicht zur Verfügung gestellt worden (über 30 Grad eine Woche lang). Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet bis auf das die...

"Schönes Objekt der Stiftung, tolle Renovierung, architektonische Kombination von uralt und neu. Niedliche, versteckte Sauna. Sehr nette Betreuung aus der Nachbarschaft. Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1) Trittstein zum Freisitz vor Fenster der Küche fehlt: so wie es jetzt ist, ist es sehr gefährlich, da man oft raus und rein muss! Hier haben Architekten gepennt. 2) Schaumstoffkanten an Balken in der Küche und unterem Bad für Menschen größer als 1,80m... oft den Kopf gestoßen!"

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...

"Location, location, location….the Astoria has it locked in. Need the train? Just down the street. Need to go see the lake? Again, docks are down the street. Shopping? Dining? Yep, just down the street. Convenience was appreciated for myself and family during our stay. The Astoria met our needs. "

"Hotel is very close to the train station as well as Old Town, Chapel Bridge and Boat Tours. It also offers a delicious breakfast with friendly staff. Coffee, Tea, fruit, and sometimes sweet treats are available 24 hours in the “breakfast” room. We stayed in a superior room which was very small and the bathroom had the feel of being in a camper… super small! We would stay there again because of the inexpensive rate and location. If you are looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you"
