"J'avais réservé pour Ilios appartement et j'avais ma confirmation. Arrivés: pas de place pour nous, nous sommes accueillis au Ilios hotel. C'est un endroit où les jeunes vont pour faire le party et moi j'arrive avec ma famille! Les jeunes buvaient, se criaient d'une chambre à l'autre et la musique était très forte. Je vais voir à l'accueil pour trouver une solution: personne ne peut m'aider car les responsables sont partis!!???? J'ai du monter le ton pour avoir du service et une solution. ...

"What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful suite with plenty of space, all the amenities you need and the jacuzzi is wonderful! Close to everywhere, lots of nice brunch places around and very good bus network to beach and airport too. Very warm and friendly at reception and happy to help with everything. They also provide a handy list of things to do, advice on places to eat and drink and we tried many and were all fab! :)"

"Very modern, clean and comfortable room. Felt like a little apartment with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Dimitra was quick to reply and very accommodating. Lovely to engage with. B&K is close to the city centre, no more than 20 minute walking distance but with parking in busy Heraklion .. perfect! There is also a little mall very close by with a Goody’s, coffee and crepe shop some great clothes shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are...

We had great expectations for Candia based on its appointment as a 4-star resort (and high cost) and the photos on Expedia. We were very disappointed and felt totally overcharged spending so much on a basic room with no amenities. The location is lovely and the grounds are nicely laid but the studio itself was outdated, extremely bare bones, and dark and musty with a patio...

"We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club. The apartment was fantastic, the pool area was lovely and quiet and the location was amazing - there are so many great restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive, friendly and couldn’t do more for you, the whole place completely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great, I’d recommend including this on booking as it’s expensive to pay daily. Can’t wait to come back, thank you!"
