"Came for the Christmas market, perfect little gem of a hotel, 8 minutes walk to market, lovely clean rooms, spa linked to hotel with 1 free use per day pre book required. Paid for a full body massage in spa so cheap at £42 for 50mins. Pool area was beautiful and tranquil. Staff extremely helpful, asked or extra coffee in room no problem, definitely stay again."

"When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help.
