They had canceled my reservation before we had arrived - did not know if I had paid expedia or not, was unaware of anything with expedia - luckily there was a room - we got into the first room - there was no shower head at all in the shower - instead of fixing they just said we had to go to another room (we had to transfer all our bags which had started to be unpacked- we were told that they could fix us dinner - we asked them to fix dinner at 6pm and gave our order - at 7pm they had not contacted us - and the information about our order had not been relayed to the cook - we finally got dinner at 7:45 - we were the only people in the motel so there should not had been a problem with staff working with us - place was clean, beds good, service the next day from staff was kind and adequate - obviously big problems with staff communication - all of this and a 10 minute taxi ride from center of a very small town.
