"Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."

"This was the perfect house for our 3 families to have a beach holiday. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The access to the beach couldn’t be better. "nous avons sejourne 2 semaines sur l'ile d'Evia, transfert hyper simple depuis l'aeroport d'Athenes. Nous avons eu un acceuil chaleureux par Dimitri, Sophia et leurs enfants, qui sont venus nous chercher à la sortie du ferry et ont ete presents tout au long du sejour. Ils nous ont conseille des excellents restaurants tres bons marches et de tres bonne qualité. Ils nous ont aussi conseille sur les ballades et plages à proximité. Nous faisions du kite surf sur le site accessible à 5 min en voiture...
