レジーナリゾートに宿泊するのは3軒目ですが、軽井沢御影用水も素晴らしかったです。犬と泊まれるラグジュアリーホテルとして満足のいく施設だと思います。軽井沢の中心部からは少し離れていますが、その分、まわりはとても静かで緑に囲まれ、部屋はとても清潔。目の前にある御影用水沿いの道は犬との散歩にばっちりです。ワインや食事も長野県のわ

犬と一緒に宿泊できる施設は限られます。レジーナリゾート軽井沢御影用水は、犬を連れた宿泊に便利なように、とてもよく工夫されています。スタッフの皆さんは、もちろん犬好きでフレンドリーな対応をしてくれます。本格的なディナーも楽しめます。

飼い主も犬も大満足のホテル
部屋は清潔に保たれていて、犬用の備品クレートなどもその都度きちんと清掃されており気持ち良く使えます。値段なりの期待はしていましたたが、期待以上の滞在になりました。食事はコースの量で満たされるか心配な我々も、味、量共に大満足。食後はバーでわんこカクテル！犬と一緒にこんなに快適な滞在ができるなんて、これは癖になってしまいそうです。また絶対に伺います！

ペットとのんびりするには最高の宿
軽井沢の中心部からは少し離れていますが、ペットとのんびりするには大変良いホテルです。目の前にある用水沿いの遊歩道は犬との散歩に最適。ドッグランも芝生なので犬も元気に遊べます。温泉が無いのが残念ですがその分、系列の他施設よりリーズナブルだと思います。夕食はレベルの高いフレンチのコースで大変充実しています。

近隣に国道18号線が走っているとは 思えないほど静粛な森の中に立地 目の前には御影用水が流れ 都会の雑踏を暫し忘れさせてくれます。 愛犬滞在型高級リゾートホテルと言っても 過言ではありません。 ホテルの部屋は清潔に保たれ ペット臭は全く感じられません。 スタッフのサービスにも教育が 行き届いており 食事も長野県の旬の 新鮮な食材を使っており 満足していただけると思います。

初めての愛犬との旅でしたが、ホテルもスタッフの皆さんもとても 心地よくお迎えしてくださり、2日間本当にリラックスして過ごすことが出来ました。 スタッフさんは、笑顔で 犬にも声を掛けて下さりとても感じが良かったです。夕食は愛犬と席についていただけますが、テーブルに手をかけなければ 抱っこしても良し。

お部屋も清潔感があって、スタッフさんも皆さんうちの犬たちの名前を覚えてくださり、可愛がっていただきました。お料理もとても美味しくて、レストランでカートをレンタルしてもらえるのも良かったです！ひとつだけ気になったところは、夜になると小さな虫がすごい。外にトイレシートを捨てるゴミ箱があるのですが、そこに捨てに行くと部屋にたくさん虫が入ってきてしまったので退治が大変でした。でもそれ以外は本当に最高です！また行きたいです！

愛犬との旅
愛犬（ラブラドール）をつれての初めての旅行。お部屋は５０平米で十分広くまたとてもきれいでした。お風呂も広く清潔で、バルコニーに小さなドッグランもついており、細々と愛犬グッズが至るところに完備しており、犬と一緒でも安心して宿泊できる設計になっています。特に床暖房が気に入りました。犬用のメニューが洒落ていて、ロッキー君もリゾートを満喫しました。また使ってみたいです。

清潔で快適！大満足です！
初めて利用しました。 清潔で快適でしたし、お料理も美味しかったです。スタッフの皆さんも感じの良い方ばかりでした。 用水路に沿ったお散歩コースも良かったです。 唯一残念に感じたのはドックランです。 せっかく軽井沢に来ているのにそれらしさを感じるポイントがなく、広さも狭いと感じました。 ただ、そんな不満も吹き飛ぶくらいのお部屋の満足度でまた直ぐにでも行きたいです。
