I didn’t know the area beforehand so didn’t realise it was a big apart hotel style resort so was very busy when we stayed but we still found space at the pool etc. Loved Nelson Bay - Beautiful area! However needs a deep clean & attention to maintenance eg older model oven needs cleaning or replacing, couches need cleaning, under beds had small debris & thick dust, bbq cover needs replacing as ripped & difficult to put back on. The pool area was lovely and catered for a variety of ages. There was also an indoor lap pool and spa upstairs. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be returning."
