"Lovely PennState themed apartment, all of the amenities. It took us about 15 minutes to get to state college using Uber on the Friday night before the Ohio State game which wasn’t bad at all. It did take longer on game day though so if you are there for a big game plan accordingly. The apartment was clean and they were well stocked with hygiene items if you forgot anything. Communication was great. Would definately recommend! "

"Stayed for a football weekend there was 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean . You are in the basement of someone’s house you can hear them at time talking but we had our own private entrance actually never saw the owners . Pictures are as shown no large fridge only a dorm size fridge made it tough to prepare for tailgating foods . We only used the place as somewhere to sleep. Owner was very quick with a response. "Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. "
