"Nice hotel with nice room and wider single bed. The receptionist was very nice and advised very well. Pool are was clead although the jacuzzi is extremely small. Breakfast would need little improvement like adding some solt in scrambled eggs and better coffee. But it was included. "

"In general hotel is quite nice and in a very good location and walkable distance to all hot springs and other sites of the Carlsbad. Hotel condition is average, some refreshments on common spaces would be nice to see. We booked Deluxe Twin room. Unfortunately such a small bathroom we haven't seen still in lower star rating hotels. As well hand soap was missing and sink was not in good visual condition (visible quite large scratches). As well some shelves in the room haven't been cleaned for some...
