"Friendly Staff. Great quite property with private pool. We book 5 bedrooms, the main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are located on the adjacent building. All bedroom has attached private bath. All the bathroom shared the same hot water heater tank hence if one has used up all the hot water for the bathtub than other need to wait for hot water regeneration otherwise you will get cold shower. Staff delivered welcome drink and fruits to the villa when we arrived and also delivered breakfast...

"A very special place on the quiet side of Penida, literally a sanctuary. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it possibly can be. We loved the swim up bar, having breakfast on our villa balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunrise, having relaxing baths with a view & the delicious dinners in the restaurant. "We had a 3 bed villa all with own bathrooms and a private pool & garden which were lovely. We did the spa experiences and day tours which were fantastic value. The resort is in a quieter part of Bali which suited us and right on the beach for morning walks, be aware it is not a swimming beach as the waves are so strong. The included breakfast had plenty of choice and we ate in the restaurant a few nights too. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly."

"There's not much to say that hasn't already been said, the property and in particular the views are amazing, everywhere you look there is something new to see. I really enjoyed my time at Sumah Hill and most of the time was spent relaxing by the pool reading and swimming. The staff were amazing and really looked after not just me but the villa was kept in immaculate condition for my whole stay. If you are lookg for a place to relax and recharge this is the place and i woould 100% stay here...
