"Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful luxurious house overlooking the Waikato River. There was a safe swimming area in the river and a hot tub. The house was spacious, with all amenities inside and out bbq etc. inside outside stereo sounds , awesome tv viewing. All amenities provided and more just needed to turn up with bag clothes. Big enough for family or couple. Host with the mostest as well."
