"My husband & I and two other couples stayed at Penelope Home for 5 nights. The home is located about halfway between the 2 airports on Crete. (About an hour each direction) We liked the central location and enjoyed hikes, caves, the beach and other activities. The suggestions for restaurants and bakeries by our host were spot on. The host also handled our transfers which was very much appreciated."

Great base for exploring surroundings villages etc but lovely and secluded area to come back to. "This villa was perfect for our family of 5. The main level has a nice kitchen, living and dining room with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect for my adult children to stay and to cook meals. The 2nd floor has a nice bedroom and bathroom and smaller kitchen and sitting area. Really nice to give me and my husband our own space. Both have fantastic balconies which we spent a lot of time on.
