"DO NOT BOOK THIS. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BACK AWAY. I booked this in June 2023 for vacation in zmarch of 2024. I had received no additonal follow up or information prior to my trip. I contacted expedia and this company via there telephone number and receirved no response from the company. I thought i might be able to check into the resort with the confirmation number but it didn't work. We had a rental vehicle ans spent the night sleeping in our car as we arrived at 1230 and were exhausted...

"If you’re a person like me that just sees the “hotel stay” as a sleeping area then this is your place. Beautiful location. Shopping area is close. I feel like this area is the best area to stay in Kauai, right in the middle of the island. This isn’t a bougee 5 star resort which I don’t stay at. I stayed here for my honeymoon and it was amazing. "

"This property is situated right next to Wailua State Park and across from Wailua Beach and minutes from Lydgate Beach Park. Immaculate and well- maintained. It was noisier than I expected due to traffic and bridge construction but very cute garden where you can sit outside"

"Nice condo with everything you need. We stayed for three nights after extending our stay on Kauai. The views of the ocean are spectacular. There is the highway very close to this condo but the noise is minimal.The bed was very comfortable and opening the balcony door allows for a nice breeze through the condo.Walkable to the town of Kaapa and the Coconut Grove shopping center. The airport is a short drive also."
