Guests will have access to the entire property. We will not be on the property but we are just a quick phone call away.
This building houses two completely separate units, one stacked above the other, offering privacy and flexibility for larger groups. Please note: there is no interior hallway connecting the two spaces — guests will need to use either the front or back exterior doors, where the stairs are located, to move between the levels.

Bedrooms: Two large bedrooms each feature a luxurious KING-size bed, oversized closets, and 40" Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. One bedroom includes a private workspace, ideal for remote work.
Additional Bedroom/Office: A charming small bedroom doubles as an inspiring work space overlooking Roanoke Road, featuring a queen-size daybed that sleeps two additional guests.
Kitchen: Recently remodeled and thoughtfully stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, cookie sheets, plates, and silverware — everything you need to prepare a homemade meal. Prefer dining out? Over 100 restaurants are just minutes away.

Getting around is so easy!! There are so many options. The easiest is to park your car behind the building and either walk or Uber your way around town. There are also motorized scooter and bike options if you enjoy feeling the wind in your hair!

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.
* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 16, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is not a fenced yard but the area is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
