"Lot of steps to reach property and only way to unload is to carry luggage - for people with arthritic problems like me this is hard. Needs to be made clear in description. Also difficult to negotiate locking the front door behind oneself since the drop to the first step is quite steep. "My partner and I plus his mother, had an excellent stay at Yabba's hut over Christmas. The location was great, so peaceful and relaxing. How's the serenity!! We loved the cabin and the bbq. Being able to sit around the fire pit, watching the stars and satellites was amazing. The wildlife was great, including kangaroos. Thanks to the owners who were very nice."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. The whole booking and check in experience was seamless, amenities great and house comfortable. We stayed on a cold weekend (well cold for us) so the fire was amazing and kept us nice and warm. We loved seeing the donkeys and other animals. The rooster made himself heard but we loved hearing it. Only thing that was hard for us was heating up the spa but maybe we were just inpatient. "Jack and Karen were fantastic and the cottage was wonderful. The gardens were a special highlight and we certainly intend to go back. The verandah and views were stunning. The only confusion was that it's listed as 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 2 and there was 1 bedroom with 2 fold out couches and 1 bathroom.? It didn't matter as there was only 2 people. "

"Having endured lockdown in Sydney it was nice to get out and away from Sydney for the night. The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. Glorious views from the balcony and nice and secluded at the bottom of the property. Comfortable bed and well presented the cabin had everything you could need. "I came across Kyah on social media and it did not disappoint! From the service, facilities and cleanliness, it truly exceeded my expectations. The inclusive breakfast was delicious and the facilities such as the hot tub and sauna were easy to book. The service was terrific and the staff were lovely! The rooms were spacious, quiet and the bed was comfy. If I had to pick anything, the only constructive feedback I would give was the room and bathroom had quite dim lighting. There was also no cutlery other than some teaspoons and no table to sit down at. However, it was a magical stay and I would happily stay at Kyah again the next time I’m visiting the Blue Mountains! "
