"Lack of communication for the basics like ice, getting more coffee pods, getting the room cleaned. Discovered stuff around that was not in an obvious place. Couldn’t even find a front desk, or any on site staff to assist us."

"I booked this hotel for my anniversary on Sept 1st for one night and I paid about $520 and I checked in at 4:30pm. Unfortunately I received a phone call from back home edmonton at around 7:30pm that my mother ended up in the hospital and of coursed I packed everything and left for 8pm to go back home. I talked to the staff at the front desk about this very special and unfortunate situation - and since I used the room for less than 4 hours I asked if they could do anything for me for the future...

"The one bedroom apartment was exactly what we wanted for our mid-week getaway. We enjoyed a few hikes in the area and it was nice to come back to a comfortable home base. The only really disappointing thing about our stay was that the hot tub was broken and although we were told they were working on fixing it- it didn’t look like anyone was working on it.
