"Great location to many iconic places, especially to many local coffee shops/cafes. - Great team of friendly staff. & all staff on duties at the Front Desk do make an efffort looking out/friendly approach towards any one walked in to the hotel ensuring the safety for the hotel guests. - Staff of hotel restaurant & at the fruit store, taking ownership for their duties. "Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the cultural visit which was one of the options for picking this spot, only a 10 min walk from the hotel. Overall I would recommend people to stay here but it would be worth the upgrade of the room in order to get the best facilities and options. "
