"It wasn't what i expected It is cheap n great location but there wasn't any onecto contact anyone regarding the room. Toilet not working the second day n its not kids friendly at all. Its just like hiring a room."

"We arrived, got the keys. Padlocked security cell bars, into a main room. Shocking. Other people in the other 3 rooms in unit. My grandaughter whos 16 would have been sharing her cell with a complete strange man. We left as soon as we booked another hotel. "

"Appreciated the location of the apt, washing/dryer combo (and laundry detergent avail) with sufficient beds. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace sofa (old and worn, not comfortable) and to clean washer/Dryer with vinegar and baking soda to eliminate the foul smell emanating from it. Great location!"

"This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"Overall is good. However carpark was chargeable and very narrow. No signboard so it took 2 rounds to get the place."

"The pools were very nice. The room was spacious. We could have used instructions though on how to use the combo washer/dryer. Clothes were wet and had to be hung up to dry. "

"Loved the hotel. Very spacious and the staff is very friendly too. They even allowed slightly late checkout. Too bad I forgot to ask for a VIP Room Upgrade. Nevertheless highly recommended"

"My first time visiting the city. This had a great location to see what the city had to offer. The pool, gym and spa all amazing in quality and I used them multiple times during my trip. Ate at the bar and grill, food and service both very good and staff very friendly and welcoming. Will plan to visit again."
