"Room was very spacious and clean and hotel conveniently located right next to KLIA Terminal 1. Even though it was not inside the terminal, there is a free buggy service every 5 minutes 24/7 that takes you right to the area with trolleys for your luggage at the elevators for departures. Food and service was also good. I recommend staying here for easy access to flight next day. "

"1) Hope to have more accessible features inside bathroom. Floor is slippery. 2) Room aircon seems to be non-adjustable. Extremely cold at night. Feels stuffy when aircon is switched off. even got mosquitos. 3) Variety of TV channels seems better than when we last visit 2-3 years ago. Room service staff is considerate to put more bottles of mineral water for us . 4) Conciege staff are helpful when assisting us with the luggage and my mum who is with wheelchair.
