"When we arrived we realised i hadn't contacted the hotel the day before to get check in info - this was under check in knfo on the booking and i hadn't looked... We found a cafe with and contacted the owner who was really helpful and gave us the codes we needed for the door and instructions how to get there. We were in block E which we found really hard to find! Even once we found the room it was hard to find when we came back to it that evening. We didnt have access to mobile data which didn't...

"The peoperty itself was nice. The rooftop pool was a big hit as well. Sadly the checkin process was difficult as they didnt communicate via expedia and didnt send my check in details until after we arrived and attempted to contact them. The parking took hours to sort out as their passes didnt work and nobody came to help sort that. Also the internet didnt work for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, so not ideal. Would have been great without the speed bumps."

"The Apartment was fine, It was not clean but ok. We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable."

"Very spacious and good location.There was a good swimming pool and gym. The service is by phone and someone came around very quickly to help. This place was better than a hotel for our family because we got more room and good facilities and did not need a hotel restaurant or reception area."

"The original unit was small smelly stuffy. The pillows were dirty and smelly. The linens were smell of sweat. Hairs found on the bedsheet. The toilet seat was broken. It’s fixed after notification and changed the new pillows and pillow cases. We’re given a second room for the replacement. This room was bigger. This is a much cleaner unit. There are no plugs on the kitchen island. Terrible housekeeping. "

"Our family of five visited from Canada and stayed for 26 nights. We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for food and shopping. The apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We especially appreciated having a washing machine for our long stay. The swimming pool and workout room were nice bonuses as well. Proximity to the airport made pickup and drop off super easy. "We were a group of women celebrating our 40th birthday’s. From the moment we arrived, the staff for so kind and welcoming. The resort is beautifully located. The pool was amazing and the food and drinks were superb. We tried a bit of everything- from hiking the reserve, SUP pool yoga, beach volleyball, karaoke, waterslides, the day spa…we decided to upgrade our rooms for the last couple days and made use of the Ocean View Rooms which have a bath on the balcony. We met Fiona the General Manager and she ensured the staff went above and beyond for us and organised a special dinner and breakfast. I honestly couldn’t fault anything and I keep telling everyone how much we loved every second. I cannot wait to go back. Thank you again for everything!! "

"This place is small but beautiful. The pace is slow and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. There are activities to do each day if you want a bit of action and the equipment is all available. The timing of the scheduled activities can be a bit hit and miss but they make them available if you want them. Poolside is very relaxing. The spa treatments are wonderful with Amy but make sure you try and book them in advance. Lovely breakfasts and menu in general. A great place to relax and chill out. "

"The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing friendly, but one person in particular named Elvina she really went above and beyond shes the heart of this place. Its located walking distance ro the best foot reflexology place called helen beauty ask for su, also great bars and seafood spots. The hotel is amazing "
