"Everything was good and well and we checked in early but we left our luggage with the concierge and went for shopping. The hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. They called and updated our room was ready and helped us to keep our luggage in the room. It’s a very nice hotel but one thing to improve on the quality of their breakfast & more options available. Will surely return again when we comes to Penang "

Food at the onsite restaurant Le Vie is delicious fine dining with an upmarket ambience. Roof top bar is cosy, barman Sharafat is a lot of fun and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend everything about this hotel."
